95 EMPRESARIOS EN LA CHARLA UN NUEVO DESARROLLO ORGANIZACIONAL Y DE NEGOCIOS Pereira. 5 de abril de 2013.- Cerca de 100 empresarios asistieron este viernes 5 de abril a la charla gratuita para los Aliados de la Cámara de Comercio de Pereira "Un nuevo desarrollo organizacional y de negocios". Durante la charla, los conferencistas españoles Xavier Tarré y Joan Corbalán dieron a conocer su metodología para lograr un liderazgo consciente integrador y transformador dentro de la empresa. "Nuestro método consiste en mirar a la organización como un sistema vivo. O sea, mirar a la organización no como un sistema aislado de la sociedad o como una máquina de ganar dinero, sino como que verdaderamente podamos ofrecerle a la sociedad mucho de lo que ella le da a la propia empresa. Es ser capaces de mirar la sociedad y de integrarnos en ella. Esta visión de dar y tomar, de dar un lugar a todo lo que necesita tener un lugar en la sociedad y en la organización es el objetivo fundamental de nuestro sistema", aseguró Xavier. Xavier es cofundador de Pinea 3 Living Organizations. Es Consultor y Coach ejecutivo de alta dirección. Está especializado en Procesos de internacionalización industrial e ingeniería superior en organizaciones. Joan es autor e investigador sobre desarrollo organizacional, experto en constelaciones empresariales, docente universitario, psicólogo sistemático, consultor empresarial y experto en el mercado europeo. Los empresarios que asistieron salieron muy contentos de la charla. "Es otra forma de ver las cosas. Me pareció muy agradable como presentaron su propuesta. Tocaron el medio ambiente, la responsabilidad social, es como hacer un círculo de cada empresa y mirar hacia dónde podemos llevarla", aseguró Mónica Sánchez, gerente de Uniformar Ltda., quien asistió a esta charla. Este evento fue posible gracias al apoyo del CIAF y la empresa Apoyo & Gestión Asesorías y Consultorías.
